大阪南港のコスモスクエアにそびえたつ大阪府咲洲庁舎コスモタワー（高さ256m）。展望台からは大阪ベイエリアをはじめ関西空港、神戸、淡路島方面まで見わたすことができる。その広大な眺望は「大阪の展望台」ではなく、 「関西の展望台」と呼ぶに相応しい。

“Osaka Prefectural Government Sakishima Building" (Cosmo Tower) is the second-tallest building in Osaka City, and the 4th-tallest building in Japan, ｌocated at Cosmo Square near Osaka bay. From the observatory, you can see brilliant night view of Osaka and Kobe.
