DEEP THETHA HEALING SESSION [Listen it for At least 3 minutes]
How to use it:
1. Find a comfortable position, it can be sitting or laying. Even if you will fall into sleep it will still do the work.
2. Mentally scan your body from head to toes and relax each muscle.
3. After you feel completely relaxed place your attention only onto the sound (and video if you want).
4. Let the sound of the water cleans you from all the pain, fear, anger, tension, or anything negative that you can feel in your body. Water is a symbol of cleansing and healing.
5. Now you should feel even more relaxed, keep up listening through your meditation until you will feel that it is enough, or feel free to fall a sleep with the sound.
6. You can finish the meditation now or keep up listening music while sleeping.
